Our goal is to ship all orders within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday business days, excludes weekends and holidays). ships to addresses in Canada only. Purolator is our primary shipper but may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items.

Shipping and handling charges for your online order will be calculated on the total weight of your order and the province or territory that it will ship to.

Additional Shipping Charges

Please note, because some items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore we have added a delivery sucharge; this charge is stated in the product's description and is in addition to regular delivery charges.

Overnight delivery may be available for some orders. Please call customer service at 1 (800) 387-0184 x.4623 (Weekdays 9AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time) for overnight service availability and rates.

When you buy directly from us we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us but if you are less than 100% satisfied you may return or exchange any item within 30 days after your purchase. Purchases made at other retailers are not backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

To return your product:

First, you’ll need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number will be unique to your return. To request an RA number please call or email our Customer Service team at or call 1 (800) 387-0184 x.4623 (Weekdays 9AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time). Make sure to reference your order number and items/quantities to be returned.

When you receive your RA number:

Package your return. Make sure the items you are returning are adequately packaged for shipping.  Address your package to the following address:

Take the package to a shipper of your choice. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Be sure to ask for a tracking number for your return. We recommend that you don’t place your return in a drop box.
