ATS Dance: Volume 1 is the first level of three routines from Madonna's cardio dances. Nicole breaks down each step in a tutorial, so you are able to practice and master teh choreography before turning up the music and performing. You will learn three ATS signature dances, "Step Together", "Cha Cha" and "Electric Slide". These are high-impact, intricate and high-endurance dances, but through Nicole's teaching technique they are simple to learn and follow along. Nicole will train and guide you as she does with Madonna, to achieve results and learn about the body. As an added bonus segment, Nicole combines all three routines together, so you can perform without stopping - just like Madonna. By the end of teh workout, you will be wet and addicted to sweat.

Nicole Winhoffer’s experience as a classically trained dancer and Broadway performer has lead her to create her own training technique by combining her expertise and knowledge in dance, kinetic energy, anatomy, and physiology. Known as Madonna’s personal trainer, Nicole prepares Madonna for her rigorous schedule on the current MDNA tour and beyond. From rehearsals to build stamina, to daily workouts for toning and endurance, to pre-show warm-ups, Nicole’s consistent training with Madonna ensures she is equipped for a two hour nonstop dance concert performance. Madonna’s long and lean feminine silhouette is a true testament to the Addicted to Sweat workout that Madonna and Nicole have created.
