Yoga Basics (40 minutes)
Leslie dedicates the first part of this workout to learning the basiscs with Yoga Poses and Techniques. She walks you through the standard yoga poses, and demonstrates modifications and variations for all fitness levels. The pose instruction is followed by an easy and comfortable yoga workout that will help improve your range of motion, flexibility and stamina.
Yoga Walk (28 minutes)
Walking and yoga work together in this unique program. Leslie guides you through a gentle one mile walking workout to get your heart pumping, and then she cools things off with a basic yoga stretch routine. This workout will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
